My first day
My first day doing my new diet program is little difficult for me and its have lots of food temptation. Usually, I'm taking normal breakfast such as two slices of breads, drink hot chocolate or Milo and apple but for today I only drink around 1000ml of water that all. its seem not like normal breakfast, do you think i'm full only with drink that water. Yes, I'm but its feel weird and little difficult for me. I keep on drink and drink, of course I'll go in and out to toilet.
As for my lunch, I have normal lunch but not like the same i'm taking before this. its because before I used to eat the whole thing I brought or order because i think its wasting if I don't eat it all. its totally different with the new program, because i can only eat one grasp in fist. eat lots of veggies and protein mean eat fish not fried fish but steam fish. but today I can't do that because I'm not used to it and I eat more that grasp of fist rice but I eat lots of veggies. I still feel regret because I can't control myself to eat that rice.
As for dinner, I repeated the same step what I do on my breakfast. drink around 1000ml waters and then take the nutrition. I hope I can do it the next day and I successfully achieve my target..hihihi.
* I drink around 3 big bottles of mineral water..
