My new Aim





I'm tried to loss my weight right now. this is my aim this year. ..My weight right now if I'm not mistaken 58kg so that is not normal for me because I used to be 46kg before even less than that. My ideal weight when I calculate it is 45.9kg so that means same like 46kg..So I'm target to loss about 9kg in 2 months. I really hope that I can really achieve my aim in 2 months. I tried so many method and at the last..I decide to change my style or habit. I have to even I never do it but I believe if my determination is strong I can do it.

The things I have to practices everyday now are:

1. Exercise or cardio workout everyday or 3 times a week.
2. I must take my breakfast every morning.
3. I must eat at lunch time.
4. I have to stopped eating rice and change with Oat cereal.
5. I need to eat lots of fruit especially Apple or pear.
6. Drink lots of water.


My menu:
Morning -  Chocolate drink, Bread, apple and Oat.
Lunch - Rice, Chicken, fish, Vegetable and fruit.
Dinner - Apple, Oat cereal, Broccoli, bread and Chocolate drink.


I believe I can do it and maintain it. I'll Keep it up and do my very best till the end.  Its only need your determination and earnestness. If you really wanted to do it you can. Believe in yourself. Never give up to do it until you achieve your aim..





the words that I hate the most is when people around me call me fat and they talked it in front other person. I HATE that word the most..I HATE FAT
